The problem

What needed to change.

Editors need to prepare content without disrupting the live site. A prospective client’s inquiry needs to survive even if a downstream service is temporarily unavailable.

The decisions

How we approached it.

We built an editorial workspace that validates content, previews drafts, and publishes complete site revisions. Inquiry capture saves the request before separate delivery jobs pass it to email and the customer workspace.

What we delivered

The result you can inspect.

The working studio supports independent C4 and Ploposaurus content, revision history, media management, and recorded inquiries. Its publishing and delivery behavior is covered by integration and browser checks.

Inside the delivery

Editorial control
Saved drafts, preview, and publication are separate actions.
Inquiry handling
A request is recorded before email and CRM delivery.
Recovery
Previous content revisions can be restored as a new draft.
