We start with the people, workflows, and constraints behind the request. A scoped discovery engagement can produce a process map, technical recommendation, prioritized roadmap, and implementation estimate.
That gives you something concrete to decide on before committing to a larger build.
Delivery stays visible.
We agree milestones, review working software together, and check it against acceptance criteria. Changes in scope are discussed before they become changes in cost or schedule.
AI-assisted work includes clear boundaries and human review where the action matters.
Ownership is explicit.
Your agreement defines code and data ownership, access, third-party services, documentation, and handover. Support responsibilities and ongoing costs are discussed as part of the scope.
Focused discovery and consulting engagements start at $2,500. Custom builds start at $5,000. A project estimate follows the discovery of your requirements; no package price covers an undefined build.
