Product Terms

Effective date: November 7, 2026

These product terms are part of the C4 SaaS terms of use at https://www.c4saas.com/terms. They apply to a C4 SaaS software product that links to those terms instead of publishing its own, such as MelvinOS today, when you have no other written agreement with C4 Payments LLC, doing business as C4 SaaS ("C4 SaaS", "we", "us"), for that product. If you have an order, subscription terms, or another agreement with us for the product, that agreement controls. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law sections of the terms of use apply to the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for everything that happens under it. Tell us promptly at info@c4saas.com if you believe your account has been misused.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you or your organization put into the product ("your content"). You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the product for you and as described in our privacy policy at https://www.c4saas.com/privacy-policy. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with the product, including for any personal information about other people.

Our platform

We own the product, its software, models, prompts, workflows, templates, and documentation, and all improvements to them, including improvements made from feedback, as well as aggregated and de-identified usage data that does not identify you or your organization. These terms do not transfer any of that to you.

AI features and outputs

The product uses artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or inappropriate, and similar requests can produce different results. Outputs are provided as-is, and you are responsible for reviewing them with appropriate human judgment before you rely on, publish, or act on them. Do not use the product to make or carry out decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, health care, or legal matters) without meaningful human review, and do not use it for any purpose prohibited by law, including uses prohibited by the Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act.

Connected services

If you connect third-party accounts or services (for example email, calendar, file storage, messaging, payment, or AI model providers), your use of them is governed by their terms, and you authorize the product to access them for the features you turn on. We are not responsible for third-party services, including their changes, outages, pricing, or terms, and those providers' terms apply to you.

Messaging

You may not use the product to send text messages, calls, or emails that require the recipient's consent unless you have that consent and follow all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the CAN-SPAM Act. Campaign and messaging services that we operate for you are available only under a signed agreement.

Fees

If the product is paid, prices, billing frequency, any renewal terms, and how to cancel are shown before you pay or in your order, and those terms apply. We may suspend access to a paid product if payment is overdue, after notice to you.

Suspension and ending access

You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the terms of use, if your use creates a security or legal risk, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product, and we will give reasonable notice when we can. Terms that by their nature should continue (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) continue after access ends.

Changes

We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change to these product terms, such as by email or a notice in the product, and post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
