Product Privacy
Effective date: November 7, 2026
This notice is part of the C4 SaaS privacy policy at https://www.c4saas.com/privacy-policy. It applies to C4 SaaS software products that link to that policy instead of publishing their own, such as MelvinOS today, and to services we perform for clients. C4 Payments LLC, doing business as C4 SaaS ("C4 SaaS", "we", "us"), of Flower Mound, Texas, provides these products and services. Products with their own privacy policy, such as Ploposaurus (https://ploposaurus.com/privacy.html), are governed by that policy instead.
Information we process in products
When you or your organization use one of these products, we process the information needed to provide, secure, and support it: account details (such as name, email address, and sign-in information), the content you or your organization put into the product (such as messages, files, notes, and instructions), data from accounts you choose to connect, and technical and usage logs.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the product, and as described in the agreement for that product. Some features send the content needed for a request to AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate a response; where your organization chooses the provider or supplies its own key, that provider's terms with your organization also apply. If you pay for a product, payments are handled by a payment processor, and we do not receive your full card number. We do not sell product content, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. If your organization runs a C4 SaaS product on its own servers, we do not receive the data in it unless someone shares it with us, for example for support.
Organization accounts and client services
When we provide a product account to an organization, or perform services for a client (such as building systems or running email, text, or voice campaigns for that client), we handle the personal information involved on that organization's or client's behalf and under our agreement with them, and their privacy notice applies to it. If you are one of their customers or contacts, please send privacy requests to that organization; if you contact us, we will forward your request to them and help them respond. If you receive a text or email that we sent for a client and do not want more, reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link, and we will honor it.
Information from Google accounts
Some C4 SaaS products let you connect a Google account (for example Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive). When you do, we access only the Google data needed for the features you or your organization turn on, and we use it only to provide and improve those user-facing features. C4 SaaS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use or transfer it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People at C4 SaaS do not read it unless you ask us to (for example for support), it is needed for security or to comply with law, or it has been aggregated and made anonymous for internal operations. You can remove a product's access at any time in your Google Account settings under third-party connections.
How long we keep product data
We keep product data for as long as the account is active or your organization's agreement requires, and then delete it or make it anonymous within a reasonable period, except copies in backups (which are kept secure and used for nothing else until they are replaced) and records we must keep by law.
Deleting product data
If a product lets you delete your account or data inside the product, you can do it there. If an organization manages your account, its administrator can delete your data, or you can ask the organization. You can also email info@c4saas.com with "Delete my data" in the subject, including any connected Google, Facebook, Instagram, or other account data you want removed, and follow the steps in "How to delete your data" at https://www.c4saas.com/privacy-policy. Removing a connected account's access in that account's settings stops future access but does not delete what we already received, so also email us.
Your rights, security, and changes
The rights, response times, appeal process, security, children, and changes sections of our privacy policy at https://www.c4saas.com/privacy-policy apply to product data too.
